You may have a lot running through your mind, keeping you up until the wee hours of the morning. Even if it’s hard to resist, you also can’t force yourself to snooze off when you don’t want to.
A busy mind and a tired body is not always a good combo. If you find yourself getting exhausted day by day, we suggest listening to your body’s needs. Are you getting enough beauty rest? If not, keep your mind at ease by doing a few stretches, brewing a cup of calming tea, or read something new and interesting—anything that will relax your senses until you drift to dreamland.
